Roles/Responsibilities:
- Collect solution requirements from key buyer audiences
- Define the type of solution (product/service, bundle)
- Facilitate competitive analysis
- Validate solution concept
- Oversee the solution as it is built by product development/management, tested and readied for the market
- Develop market strategies to support products/solutions and drive membership/sales
- Support sales, including; sales training content, contributing to internal and external social communities/blogs/portals, and facilitating sales training activities
- Partner on the future solution roadmap, as well as enhancement prioritization/rational
- 7 years of product marketing or solution marketing experience
- Product or Project management experience
- B2B marketing exp is required
- Understanding B2C marketing techniques
- Healthcare exp. or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Financial/business analyst experience a plus
- Ability to understand complex concepts, develop strategy and transition into messaging for external and internal audiences (prospects/clients and sales force)
- Strong relationship development and building with various partners (product, marketing, across the enterprise)
- Product marketing management and/or product management experience
- Project management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Leadership
- Able to influence sales and other marketing functions
- Understands business analytics and how to use them to drive decision making
