Designer—Print and Web

True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive recruitment agency in the Twin Cities, is looking for a creative Designer with retail marketing and branding experience. This is a full-time position at a highly sought after company.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a mid-level design role. In this role, you’ll use your strong design, layout and typography skills to creative creative branding for print and web. Experience in environments in an agency environment ideal!

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–5 years’ experience and a passion for design and its role in marketing communication 
• 2+ years agency experience desired
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self Motivated—Ability to be given a task, keep the project moving, communicate questions
• Excellent problem solving, time management and team collaboration skills
