Project Management Intern

Colle+McVoy is seeking a creative and sharp Project Management Intern who is motivated to gain real-world advertising experience. The Project Management Intern will help with the internal day-to-day management of digital and traditional executions. This position will drive and motivate project teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success within set parameters. They will ensure expectations are clearly communicated across internal teams and business partners working with their project management team.

  • Support teams through the creative process; navigating problems that may arise and providing solutions 
  • Effectively manage and communicate project updates, changes, risks, budget status and tasks among the internal and external teams 
  • Review the project for accuracy and adherence to requirements 
  • Prioritize revision requests, monitoring a project's budget, timeline or quality 
  • Communicate project workload status 
  • Assist in the organization of projects 
  • Gather and organize assets as needed 
  • Generate reports 
  • Assist project management team with department tasks 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Passion for advertising and emerging technologies with a strong desire to be an active contributor to both strategic and creative discussions 
  • Thrives on efficiency and organization 
  • Excels in problem solving and collaboration with internal teams and clients 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Can-do attitude and enthusiasm
