Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) and Project Manager

If you're a Graphic Designer/Project Manager who is creative and resourceful, and who solves problems, consider joining our team! We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to work hard, and who is a "big picture" thinker yet also manages many details simultaneously. This position will be responsible for helping to manage the growing work of MindShare accounts in these ways: Delivering creative, innovative design solutions (both print and digital) that demonstrate a broad range of fresh, original solutions. Tactics range from online and print advertising campaigns to collateral, direct mail and websites. Manage campaigns and projects through MindShare's Marketing Project Management system (from start to finish, including brainstorming, conceptualization, development and project execution). Ability to meet project timelines through good management of workflow and ability to prioritize, organize and plan. Manages projects from start to finish, including brainstorming, conceptualization, development. Provide marketing support involving market research, database management, online survey development, tracking media coverage results in reporting, direct mail campaign preparation, and other support activities. Special projects as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in corporate marketing department or ad agency setting, with outstanding design sensibilities and problem-solving across print and digital mediums.
  • Minimum Associate's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent degree. 
  • Proficiency in the full Creative Suite (CS4 or higher), Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Macintosh platform (OSX) applications. 
  • Skilled project manager; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed successfully, on-time and on-budget. 
  • Demonstrated skills in web design and best practices, including responsive design. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics. 
  • Ability to quickly learn emerging technologies a plus. 
  • Good production skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Strategic thinker. 
  • Able to understand business goals and objectives, and provide direction and guidance to clients on how design and marketing communication can support those goals. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with social media interfaces: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
  • SalesForce or related CRM experience considered a plus.
