PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and ensure the successful completion of project execution by creating and managing schedules, facilitating intra-team and vendor/external communication and identifying/troubleshooting potential obstacles.
- Organize and manage resources, assets, approvals, and execution workflow meetings.
- Plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within approved timelines.
- As needed, develop interactive work plans in terms of project scope, assumptions, timelines, milestones, risks, and contingencies.
- Assess project challenges and manage/adjust steps accordingly.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to expedite workflow.
- Partner with business, creative, and technical teams to drive workflow improvements and ensure success.
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Manage communications between stakeholders from a range of internal groups and external vendors and agencies to execute Social marketing projects and/or Social Business Strategy team projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 4-year college degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and/or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- A proven track record of consistent project execution
- Excellent negotiations and time management skills
- Initiative, self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with people at all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
