Marketing Project Manager

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee and ensure the successful completion of project execution by creating and managing schedules, facilitating intra-team and vendor/external communication and identifying/troubleshooting potential obstacles. 
  • Organize and manage resources, assets, approvals, and execution workflow meetings. 
  • Plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within approved timelines. 
  • As needed, develop interactive work plans in terms of project scope, assumptions, timelines, milestones, risks, and contingencies. 
  • Assess project challenges and manage/adjust steps accordingly. 
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to expedite workflow. 
  • Partner with business, creative, and technical teams to drive workflow improvements and ensure success. 
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Manage communications between stakeholders from a range of internal groups and external vendors and agencies to execute Social marketing projects and/or Social Business Strategy team projects. 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-year college degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and/or equivalent experience 
  • 5-10 years of project management experience 
  • Strong organization and planning skills 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills 
  • A proven track record of consistent project execution 
  • Excellent negotiations and time management skills 
  • Initiative, self-motivation 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Ability to work with people at all levels 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
