What You'll Accomplish:
- Develop and execute spot-on creative concepts
- Collaborate and ideate with art directors, strategists and technologists to produce insightful and engaging work that achieves objectives
- Craft stories and content that drives people to action
- Articulate creative strategy, present ideas and explain rationale
- Stay on top of creative, social, cultural and media trends to continue to inspire new ideas
- Troubleshoot as needed, developing unique and actionable solutions to creative challenges
What You'll Need:
- A passion for all things creative, print, digital and social, and the ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' professional experience—agency experience a plus
- Strong portfolio of advertising and creative copywriting
- Top-notch communication skills—internal and external
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
