Production Artist

True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive recruitment agency in the Twin Cities, is looking for a talented production artist with a great design sense for a St. Paul client. This is a full-time, on-site position with a fast-growing client.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables, presentations and production files meet or exceed a defined set of expectations.
• Perform technical duties that maximize the effectiveness of messaging within client presentations.
• Collaborate with other members of the design team to ensure deliverables accurately reflect client needs and expectations.
• Attend creative meetings and be an active participant in process development in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.
• Create and edit working production files that satisfy vendor requirements and ensure impeccable product output.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and error-free.
• Accurately and efficiently revise creative files during round reviews based on internal edits.
• Develop an understanding of individual client needs and ensure that deliverables address those needs.
• Work in full partnership with the team to maintain integrity of design and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Quickly identify and implement necessary modifications to internal and external documents.
• Interpret creative direction in order to fulfill design requests and produce deliverables within project context.
• Handle multiple deliverables and ensure all deliverable deadlines are met.
• Maintain design file archives and oversee version control process.
• Utilize software to upload and ensure the accuracy of design files in later stages of development.
• Act as last point of design review prior to file delivery.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Strong profiecieny in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player, comfortable with ever-changing, fast-paced environment and ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong work ethic and comfortable with a high level of responsibility
• Strong portfolio showcasing your production skills
• Ability to fit in and work well in a small, fast growing environment
