Solution Architect ETMC Practice Lead

The Solution Architect / Exact Target Marketing Cloud Practice Lead is responsible for thought leadership and education related to Magnet 360’s ETMC offerings. This position will be responsible for both pre-sales assistance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and post-sales delivery of architected solutions.

What You'll Accomplish:

  • Thought Leadership in digital marketing trends & how ETMC participates
  • Art of the Possible (Vision) for client customer engagement
  • Sales Engineering—architecting solutions for the client
  • Practice Playbooks—used to ensure consistent sales & delivery process for ETMC
  • SFDC Channel Management—working with our Partner Business Development Managers
  • Create Deliverable expectations for clients
  • 25% Billable Utilization Target
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Exact Target, Marketing Cloud toolset
  • Bring strategic and tactical Marketing perspectives to M360 clients both marketing automation and social
  • Communicate clearly with clients to identify needs
  • Possess ability to lead client discussions and facilitate marketing discovery
  • Help to ensure projects achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
