- Sales Engineering—architecting solutions for the client
- Practice Playbooks—used to ensure consistent sales & delivery process for ETMC
- SFDC Channel Management—working with our Partner Business Development Managers
- Create Deliverable expectations for clients
- 25% Billable Utilization Target
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Exact Target, Marketing Cloud toolset
- Bring strategic and tactical Marketing perspectives to M360 clients both marketing automation and social
- Communicate clearly with clients to identify needs
- Possess ability to lead client discussions and facilitate marketing discovery
- Help to ensure projects achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
