Associate Creative Director

Collegis Education is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join the creative team. The Associate Creative Director will lead creative team members while simultaneously delivering engaging creative solutions that address business challenges. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record developing branded messaging across multi-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting Relationship: The Associate Creative Director is accountable to the Creative Director and will collaborate closely with Art Directors, copywriters, designers and other members of the marketing team. Responsibilities: â?¢ Concept, develop and present creative solutions to business stakeholders â?¢ Lead multi-tiered projects with the ability to cross into strategy development â?¢ Manage and mentor junior creative team members â?¢ Translate ideas across appropriate channels, both digital and traditional â?¢ Skillfully juggle multiple projects, working closely with account managers and project management to help team meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment â?¢ Recommend industry best-practices to improve quality of work and process Requirements: â?¢ Bachelor's degree in relevant field â?¢ Minimum 5 years of experience, marketing agency experience preferred â?¢ Minimum 2 years management experience or creative team mentorship â?¢ Well versed in marketing best practices i.e., lead generation, digital conversion and SEO â?¢ Strong portfolio that showcases highly conceptual talents â?¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills, with persuasive presentation abilities.
