Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will assist our client in the coordination of e-marketing efforts across several internal teams and business units to develop, implement and improve upon the ecommerce sales strategy for our client’s .com site. Additionally, the E-commerce Specialist utilizes web and social analytics along with market research and analysis to guide e-marketing strategy decisions.
The ideal candidate will help to extend our client’s brand of Partnership, Innovations and Integrity as a leader in the dental space to grow and sustain the Paterson business.
Major Duties:
- Manages ecommerce platform tools including thesaurus entries and keyword redirects to optimize the internal search experience on pattersondental.com
- Utilizes web and social analytic tools to generate reports detailing the efficacy of e-marketing initiatives
- Manages interactive marketing projects across several internal teams including creative services, IT, database administration and marketing
- Implements SEO best practices to lead web content developing including targeted keyword copywriting and product image and video optimization
- Works closely with the social media team to outline strategic goals as they relate to ecommerce while creating content consistent with the Patterson Brand.
- Runs analysis and testing of internal search terms to maintain the best possible internal search experience on pattersondental.com

- Helps manage interactive marketing projects across several internal teams including creative services, IT, database administration and marketing
- Provides testing of new web releases to ensure the best possible user experience
- Facilitates interactive marketing knowledge transfer across the dental business unit and company
Must Have’s:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years online marketing experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with digital strategy/web analytics
Preferred qualifications:
- Three or more years of project management experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interactive marketing experience
- Experience with HTML and basic Javascript
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Experience in mobile/cloud technologies
