Marketing Database/Research Specialist

True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive talent firm is seeking a talented Marketing/Database Research Specialist for a 2-3 month contract for a fantastic client starting immediately.

In this role the specialist manages and maintains the structure of product classifications for the client’s data content management system. This position controls the flow and quality of  300-500 new products, their information and marketing assets entering the system to display in promotional materials and on the web.
Duties Include:

• Updating and maintaining the content management system accurately
• Utilizing your understanding of the dental industry to research, sort, classify and update products in the client database.
• Develop relationships with internal and external product teams
• Educate the company about the system, structure and processes to ensure that the systems work as efficiently as possible.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar
• At least 1 year of experience in the dental field and dental knowledge or dental products and procedures.
• Experience with Excel, Access or other database applications.
• Fantastic detail orientation, organization and interpersonal skills.
