Marketing Campaign Planner

Ameripride Services Inc is looking for a self-motivated, analytical individual to manage a series of integrated campaigns to help encourage growth in both the quality and velocity of leads. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in campaign development and management to further their career in Marketing.

Highly motivated individual responsible for executing automated marketing campaigns. The role is focused on launching and managing successful multichannel campaigns. Technical knowledge of automated marketing campaign platforms is essential. Experience in Eloqua a plus. Primary responsibilities will be focused on campaign planning, execution, analysis and refinement in growing lead generation revenue. Secondary responsibilities will be focused on supporting the Marketing Team with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interactions with sales, marketing, and merchandising to develop a planned calendar of campaigns to capture prospect and customer opportunities based on research, segment marketing and geographic marketing 
• Produce effective campaigns through a good understanding of our products and services, segmentation, targeting, marketing mix, and our channels 
• Identify, design, plan, test, deliver, monitor and enhance cross-channels marketing campaigns in line with business objectives 
• Utilize analytical tools to conduct and interpret data to evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns, assess previous campaigns and refine future campaigns and create custom reports 
• Develop and implement a database maintenance & health program to improve customer and prospect data information 
• Utilize the campaign library for both planned campaigns as well as opportunistic campaigns
• Implement best practices for B2B lead generation by staying abreast of current trends and best industry practices Job Requirements 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field 
• 2 year + experience executing programs using a marketing automation database platform, experience in Eloqua a plus 
• 5 years+ experience in the field of marketing campaign management 
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful automated marketing campaigns
• Accountable and results-oriented with strong analytical and process/workflow skills 
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently 
• Excellent organizational skills, creative skills, and attention to detail 
• Possess out of the box thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills
