Working closely with other marketing team members, he or she will be a step ahead when marketing plan execution is ready prior to planned market launch timing. Additionally, he or she will realize success by way of reporting back key updates and measures related to marketing program implementation and execution.
Building strong relationships in and outside of the marketing team is critical, as is the ongoing management and understanding of the systems that support marketing plan execution (i.e., Salesforce, internal systems and portal management, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 5 years healthcare marketing experience, or 9 years healthcare marketing experience in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of applied marketing practices
- Demonstrated analytical skills and independent problem solving
- Demonstrated project and time management skills for handling many changing priorities and working under tight deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Previous experience partnering with Sales/Product team members
- Strong oral and written communication
- Ability to excel in collaborative work environment
- Experience managing execution of marketing programs, such a loyalty, affinity and growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
