Graphic/Digital Designer

Passionate about design? IN Food Marketing & Design is a B2B/B2C food marketing agency seeking a full-time Graphic/Digital Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter with strong print and interactive/digital design skills, demonstrating a solid foundation in composition, layout, color and typography.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design team to conceptualize and design print/digital communications
Print design (brochures, POP materials, ads, logos):
  • UX design (custom HTML email newsletters, websites, ads)
  • Lead digital initiatives to ensure breakthrough creative 
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure 
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or graphic art school degree with 2–5 years of professional experience
  • Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress 
  • Understanding of web standards, usability, and best practices 
  • Natural ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology; interested in ongoing professional development 
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to work without constant direction
  • Work well within a team, including those who do not have design/html experience 
Software Experience:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash
  • HTML/HTML5
  • Understanding of Javascript, jQuery, CSS, and CMS programs 
  • Microsoft Office Suite
