Mid-Level Designer

Curb Crowser is looking for a talented, motivated designer to join their creative team. Working directly with an art director, the mid-level designer is responsible for providing design solutions that support the client's creative needs. The mid-level designer must be able to both follow existing brand standards and provide unique new creative, as needed. This person must be able to support his or her design rational with solid insights and reasoning, and with strong communication skills, be able to present their work to the team and/or senior creative staff. This is a print-focused position, but interactive design and motion design skills are always an asset.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of agency and/or in-house creative experience 
• Print design experience (POS and packaging experience is a plus) 
• A BA/BFA in design or a related field 
• Proficiency with Mac platform and Adobe Creative Suite (CS) 
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
• Must be a self-starter who is eager to learn
