In addition to being organized beyond belief, this individual will have an innate ability to anticipate the needs of a client, deliver above and beyond and flawlessly execute without putting timelines or budgets in jeopardy.
The Account Manager desires to lead clients, present work and offer points of view that are persuasive, logical and draw from the business needs of the client to justify the work. The Account Manager is grace under fire and has a positive attitude at every turn. The person who fits this role needs to be a master of process; excited about large, integrated/omni-channel solutions; and have experience in print and digital/interactive or web account/project management.
The individual who will excel in this role lives to solve problems, rise to challenges, and is always pushing to elevate creative and engagement while moving our clients' business forward.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Advertising, Communication majors highly desired
- 1–2+ years of account management experience and increasing responsibilities including budget management and strategic engagement
- Experience in Financial or Health services industries a plus
- Experience in presenting, selling and defending and protecting creative and client needs
- In-house agency, marketing agency, advertising agency or account/project management experience a plus
- Corporate marketing experience at a Credit Union, Hospital, Healthcare Provider, Bank, etc., a plus
- New business experience a plus
- Editorial experience and skills a plus
