Assistant Marketing Manager

DecoPac, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the strategic development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and website for selected product lines, executing corporate trade marketing and events, and B2B media campaigns. The duties of this position may change from time to time and various projects will be assigned in addition to the core responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute product lines and bakery programs as assigned 
• Perform product line analysis and evaluate market opportunities based on competitive landscape 
• Lead cross functional product teams including development & design, procurement, finance and sales teams to bring products and programs to market
• Provide ongoing product performance evaluations to ensure continued profitability and feasibility 
• Develop digital content in collaboration with digital design for B2B customers 
• Work with marketing operation team to launch programs online to B2B customers 
• Coordinate, lead and execute corporate trade events from start to finish 
• Assist in the execution of the PhotoCake® business marketing plan 
• Assist in the execution of trade marketing and public relations
• Assist in the creation of merchandising strategies and bring to market 
• Coordinate and develop printed materials content
• Execute various projects as assigned

• Bachelors degree in Marketing required, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience 
• Solid work experience working with cross functional teams
• Software skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Some travel required
