- Work as the account manager to effectively craft creative briefs and guide creative staff.
- Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client business.
- Directly manage design and editorial team.
- Work with department coordinator to research project input and prepare project specifications.
- Be responsible for guidance of others in ensuring the visitor relevance of the brand communication strategy.
- BS/BA/BFA in Art and Design, business or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Five to ten years of management experience in a creative and cost-oriented environment.
- Previous supervisor experience of creative staff's editorial, design, production and project management.
- Requires a blend of analytical and intuitive skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; comfortable juggling multiple, competing deadlines and priorities.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Good judgment with the ability to make difficult decisions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the organization, especially when balancing project success with client requirements and goals.
- Design or other creative background preferred.
