What You'd Accomplish:
- Develop concepts and layouts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on internet-based projects such as website, social media and digital advertising.
- Apply problem-solving and creative thinking to translate creative briefs into effective design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters to deliver engaging and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond promptly to requests and take personal responsibility to deliver strong, compelling results within time, scope and budget.
- Participate in brainstorming meetings, proactively share ideas, work in collaboration to develop concepts, and provide recommendations on channel best-practices.
What You'd Need:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 5 years of professional design experience
- Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
- Strong web design portfolio with comprehension of user experience and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends as it relates to lead generation, digital conversion, social media and SEO
