Product Marketing Specialist

HealthPartners is looking for a Product Marketing Consultant within their Health Solutions Marketing Products and Services team. The purpose of this role is to consult with internal partners on product and marketing strategies, specifically for medical plan and pharmacy initiatives. This includes creating foundational elements of marketing communications plans that achieve HealthPartners goals and objectives.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Work closely with marketing, sales and product partners to provide consultation and collaboration on effective marketing strategies and initiatives
• Be the main point of contact for key business partners and marketing for assigned products and services
• Communicate key product and services information to sales and internal audiences
• Analyze audience-specific needs and respond with targeted key messages
• Provide great partnership to internal and external customers
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree, generally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field; or 5 years of marketing experience in lieu of a degree 
• 5+ years of marketing strategy experience 
• Excellent communications skills 
• Strong strategic and analytical skills 
• Excellent computer skills and proficient user of Microsoft Office products 
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills 
• Excellent collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative work environment with multiple priorities 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to multi-task, project manage, determine priorities and meet deadlines
