Account Supervisor

Your team and your clients recognize that you’re a strong and crucial strategic member of the team. Past experience and successes allow you to lead and manage clients through many of their issues, and developing and executing interesting, complex and meaningful campaigns feels second nature. You still keep the trains running and churn out decks, ideas and content, but you now have a much greater sense of the big picture while you’re doing it. As supervisor, we hope you’ll help us bring in and grow both passion and profit-rich clients that enhance Haberman in more ways than one, including feeding your own personal goals.

What You'll Accomplish:
  • Provide “big picture” client oversight and strategic support on a variety of accounts. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns for clients on both a local and national level.
  • Take strategic lead of the development of plans, presentations, follow-ups, presentations, etc. 
  • Collaborate with Haberman interactive and creative teams to ensure integrated and interactive campaigns are strategic and highly effective for clients. 
  • Oversee client budgets and take responsibility for leading accounts towards greater profitability.
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills, and lead the development of a wide range of strategic business and creative content for accounts.
  • Build rapport and serve as a trusted advisor for client relationships.
  • Display depth of business understanding, driving momentum for clients’ brands and business objectives.
  • Often serve as the final checkpoint for accuracy, client satisfaction and agency reputation.
  • Effectively lead a significant percent of client meetings and presentations.
  • Demonstrate positive and inspirational leadership within the agency.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching and respectful feedback and management, as needed, for account managers and interns working on client teams.
What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of integrated marketing communications experience with consumer brands; agency experience required; cause marketing background a plus.
  • Ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and projects for clients.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity; up-to-date knowledge of current events and industry trends.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings.
  • Experience integrating advertising, PR, Web, social media and design strategies into holistic campaigns.
  • Tremendously organized with outstanding time management skills.
  • Highly effective in presentation settings.
  • Self-starter with commitment to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
