Industrial Designer-Hardlines

True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive recruitment agency in the twin cities is looking for a talented Product Designer with fantastic technical skills and a passion for design for a great client. This is a high visibility, high impact position.

Key Responsibilities:
From brainstorming entirely new products to designing elegant flows & beautiful interfaces, you'll exercise your full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills on a daily basis for hardlines at the worlds most well known retailers with a very fun and hardworking team. You'll also be designing internally for this brand working on their website, presentations and the overall brand design!

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4years experience in product design with exceptional conceptual and technical knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of hardlines materials (metal, steel, plastic, wood, bamboo,etc)
• Top notch communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills in the Adobe Suite, CAD and Modeling ie: Keyshot and Solidworks beneficial
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work (including sketching) and vision with excellent execution of ideas.
• Collaborative but works well independently
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes. This is a fast paced environment.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
