The ideal candidate will have B2B experience automating online marketing campaigns and be detail oriented, highly motivated and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build newsletters, emails, landing pages and forms in Marketo following brand guidelines and adhering to industry best practices; HTML and/or web graphic design a plus
- Coordinate and execute online digital channels to market strategic, proprietary, and exclusive offers with specific emphasis on product launches, trade shows and regional campaigns
- Partner with the Product Marketing and Marcom Leads within region to bring in relevant offers which can be promoted
- Provide centralized expertise to support, develop and execute digital campaigns and programs in support of driving traffic to the website(s) generating leads
- Support and coordinate building a lead qualification process from inquiry to close
- Support regular (monthly) campaign development and campaign reporting
- Support our SEM strategy end-to-end including PPC, SEO and web banner marketing
- Support our content marketing strategy for web and landing pages
- Strong analytical skills, compiling marketing statistics and reporting
- Working with external agencies, creative services, web design, IS, IT as needed
- Ability to actively own, project manage and be accountable for all assigned projects through final delivery, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field
- Solid grounding within the B2B environment, to understand ROI and calculate it in the most general of terms.
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords
- Solid Excel skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
- In addition, successful candidates will have the following profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in managing global B2B email marketing/lead generation programs is required
- Experience working with a Marketing Automation tool (Marketo is strongly preferred)
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation processes including campaign creation, lead management and online marketing
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com is preferred)
- Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
- Basic statistical training and analytical acumen ā?¢ Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Rich Media, and creative tags
- Graphic design and Creative Suite a plus
