Senior Graphic Designer

Gander Mountain is looking for a graphic designer. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating marketing/advertising communications. With a focus on weekly newspaper advertising (free standing inserts and direct mailers) as well as other collateral materials from concept to completion. Flexibility is key in this role.

Responsibilities: 

• Conceive, design and produce all assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. 
• Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to develop and execute design assignments.
• Reinforcing the company's brand, image and message.
• Ability to self manage time and deadlines, make decisions and communicate in a large group environment. 
• Organize product and Direct photo shoots as requested. 
• Completes other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Design. 
• Minimum 5 years experience. 
• Team player that wants to stay-ahead of deadlines and take the lead. 
• Conceptual thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize a heavy production workload. 
• Ability to switch gears, processes and multi-task as needed. 
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Excel.
