Account Supervisor—Space 150

Mission Statement: You are the face of the agency for your clients. You identify key client issues and drive solutions by sharing knowledge and ideas to inspire and champion creative client strategies. You serve as business liaison between space150 and key accounts. You ensure appropriate resource management of your account team. You develop and maintain a strong account team that is encouraged to think proactively, communicates effectively with other space150 members, increases client relation skills and utilizes appropriate reporting tools. You are a strategic leader for the client. You are immersed in you clients business and are always seeking opportunities to move them forward by properly utilizing the expertise of the entire agency.

  • Fosters effective internal relations through appropriate utilization of internal resources, demonstrating company values and providing developmental opportunities 
  • Ensures that strategy and creativity are aligned and optimized for each project 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients to improve services and deliver solutions that are best targeted to achieve client objectives 
  • Provides guidance and direction to resolve any client or internal team conflicts Initiate, prepare and review project proposals and estimates for client presentation 
  • Ensure that space150 is using best practices for industry to deliver top notch client experiences 
  • Identify and seize opportunities to expand client relationships by networking in order to develop business; provide guidance to account team on how to identify and communicate opportunities 
  • Accurately represent space150's range of services to the client; ensure that account team is kept up to date on offerings and make recommendations for presentation style 
  • Develop and/or delegate client opportunity plans which include the creative brief, timelines, and scope of work 
  • Manage client expectations throughout each project, clearly communicating status and next steps; demonstrate best practices and provide learning opportunities to account team 
  • Track budgets for costs to date and manage in a proactive manner; set and communicate best practices to account team for consistency in reporting 
  • Review all creative and make sure it is consistent with creative brief objectives and space150 strategy 
  • Assess project scope and provide direction to account team to work closely with client to outline project scope, timing and budget 
  • Establish and/or assess project timelines and make recommendations for communicating to client and obtain approvals accordingly 
  • Anticipate and assist in client approval process to ensure client approvals according to schedule 
  • Seek out and engage other space150 resources to strengthen internal relations 
  • Ensure that appropriate invoicing and reports are being utilized 
  • Conduct monthly billing review meetings and provide direction to team as needed 
  • Four year degree with emphasis on communications, marketing or related field preferred 
  • 5+ years of of related work experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related field Digital/Interactive Marketing experience preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
