Associate Media Director

Nina Hale, Inc. (NHI) is currently seeking an Associate Media Director (AMD). The AMD is a leader in media at NHI and a leader in the company overall. AMDs are experts in the field, possessing a broad set of media, marketing and management skills, as well as significant depth of expertise in one or more digital channels. The key role of the AMD is to create and oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategies for clients. Nina Hale, Inc is a 100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP) since Jan 1, 2014.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Work with account teams to develop media strategy briefs, pitches and digital marketing plans. 
• Prepare and present media plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale and all backup materials.
• Supervise the execution of media plans, including preparation of media budgets, vendor selection, schedules of insertions, contracts and supporting materials.
• Establish performance metrics for each account and coordinate effort among internal resources to deliver monthly reports, budget recaps and ongoing performance reporting for clients.
• Train and mentor specialists and managers in your core discipline (paid search, display, analytics, organic search or social media.)
• Participate in new business project assignments and pitches.
• Act as primary negotiator and coordinator with sales representatives for purchase of media buys.
• Maintain close contact with all media representatives seeking ways to better communicate with buying influence and seeking detailed information on market conditions.
• Maintain positivity and leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 5–7 years digital marketing experience, preferably in display.
• Proven history of leading media strategy and execution with internal cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain a high level of quality.
• Proven ability to write digital media plans across paid, earned and owned media channels.
